    Heirloom transfer question

    Hey guys,i was wondering is it possible to transfer heirloom items from MOP Frostwolf to WOTLK Icecrown ? I have 5 heirloom items in MOP,but i dont play there , i want to play in Icecrown and i want to ask is there some way to transfer this items from one expansion to another ?
