Worth coming back?

So, long story short I used to play here last year, got my priest to 80 and burned myself out.
Now I really want to play wow again but I'm bot sure if I should come back here or stick with vanilla. The population seems very stable, ICC is coming out soon too. Maybe I should find a guild and gear up my priest while leveling a second (probably paladin or death knight) character.

My goal is to find a nice guild and make friends, not tryhard in raids, and it kind of seems like vanilla might be the better place for that. All in all though, I'm slowly losing faith in *** and this place looks more and more appealing. By the light, why is there no Discord server for warmane?!
