unable to use skills

Sometimes when I enter arena im unable to use certin skills at random I know it accurs to alot of people but is it gonna be fixed?
No one is talking about it or if its fixable its just make this server unplayable that I lose arena games because I can't use a certin skill.

Yeah it's a known bug, I've lost quite a fair number of matches because of the bug myself, hope it gets fixed soon.

Been a known issue for a long time, will it be fixed? Yes it will, but when? That is something that i can't answer, hopefully soon...

Would appreciate if a GM can shed some light on the subject, seems like this bug has been on the server a long time.
Pretty sure lordearon has the same bug aswell.
