In-game Shapeshifting - Druid Issue

Hello warmane community.
So i've got a shapeshifting issue when..shapeshifting. :D
Every time i enter any shapeshift form,it freezes for like 0.5 sec and after that everything is fine. Does anyone know if this is the server's problem or is it just me?

My pc specs:

ATI Radeon HD 4670 1gb 128bit
AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ (clocked to 2.6ghz)
4gb RAM
Windows 7 x64 bit

I have installed all the drivers.

EDIT: This is server's problem. I have been on other MOP servers and i do not have that issue. I went back to warmane and i have this issue.
