Stuck on Connecting while logging in, what could be wrong?

Hey guys, good evening

So basically I have come back after 3 months and I downloaded Mists

I removed read only from WoW shortcut properties, started up and everything was fine.
I typed in my account name and password, it basically stays on connecting for entire minutes, during rare occasions it comes up with a message that I need to log in from a Bnet account/mail

It was never like this before when I used to log in, I even tried the normal "Mustoo" as account name and even my gmail, and even Mustoo94 but nothing seemed to happen at all.

Is anyone familiar with this, please help out :)

I got into the game now, with other problems.

I cleared the whole Config.wtf file and wrote instead

SET locale "enGB"
SET installLocale "enGB"
SET realmlist "logon.warmane.ru"

I am in the game now, I received a lot of errors for any action I took like "Ignore" or "Disable" if I press Esc button, guild tab etc

I deleted WTF folder, cache

I still have those problems and I ENDED up losing my keybinds/macros in the process

you didnt back up files? and then emptied your recycle bin as well before checking?

all you needed to do was add the realmlist lines
