Trying to upload photos, it says my account doesn't have the ability?

An error message pops up when I try to upload a photo to my album, saying :

vBulletin Message

Voevoduul, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Anyone have an idea how to upload a photo? I can't get it to work, and that's the only popup I get...

It's not something broken to be "fixed" in the first place. It's disabled on purpose.
Players are perfectly capable of uploading pictures to services like Imgur and then linking the images in their posts.
