WotLK (Enh) How much hit and expertise do I need?

I am very confused as to how much hit and expertise I need as an enhancement shaman (I't is my first time getting lvl 80 btw)

17% spell hit cap (check it under spell tab on your character) is hard cap, however since most of the time you will have Boomkin or Shadow priest applying +3% hit debuff to the boss you can go for 14%, if you are draenei you already get 1% from racial.

As for Expertise you need 26/26 (orcs get some from racial if wielding axes or fist weapons).

For pvp you should go for 5% hit.
