Not sure if the signature is working on forum. Never seen it working.

You can insert image by [img] (link) [/img]

Signature images are meant to only appear on your profile, not in posts.

Signatures are working but they are visible only in user profile not under forum posts. You can edit signature here. You should be able to put images there same way as in forum posts.
