Pandaria I am stucked

Hello, guys,admins and etc..I play as panda in mist of pandaria and i am stucked. I try to fix that with services, but it tells that i cant be unstucked because i have no faction..I am stucked on one rock and i cant do anything. My hero is in air and doesn't moving.. pls help :) Thanks .

have you tried using the unstuck tool on the website? go to account -> services -> character unstuck.
