Challenge Conqueror: Gold

Does this achievement work ? I want to transmog to a set from the reward.
Why that items aren't available on point shop ?

Yes the achievement works.

If I get gold on 1 toon, can I only get transmog for that toon? If I have 4 toons on 1 account can I get all the mounts?

All chars on that account get the transmog and also ones you newly create after completing it. Make sure you have at least one free inventory space on the chars. The char that completes the achieve is the only one that gets the mount and also the mount is not account bound. Not sure if you can complete it on each char for more mounts. Haven't tried it.
