Technical Extremely low FPS

Hi,
I have recently downloaded Wotlk but I have a problem with FPS. I have around 15 fps in game no matter the settings. I was trying to figure it out on my own, tried to SET processAffinityMask "15" in config.WTF thinking it could becuase game isnt using more than one cores, but it didnt do anything.
Playing on laptop from MSI

PC SPEC:
W10 64bit
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz

I literally made a post about this 5 minutes ago the process affinity configuration isn't gonna do anything because 3.3.5a fixed the issue of the game not utilizing the full CPU. A general work around would be to decrease draw distance, turn off full screen glow, death effects and drag shadows to the middle but this is not a fix just a workaround.
