How big is the Arena / PvP Community?

Hello everyone!

Me and a friend of mine are about to come back to the server. Played a few months ago and quitted cuz lack of time. We are almost max level and now here is our question:

How big is the Lordaeron Arena and PvP Community? How long are the Arena queue times? Are there teams playing during the day or only in the evenings and weekends? What about 3v3 and 5v5 games? Also the BG frequency would be interesting :-)

We are really into Arena and PvP - and now we are a little afraid that we can play arena only during specific week and day times.
