I don't have the fire totem at level 23

I don't know whether I am supposed to have it by now, I read that you have to be ~lvl 12 to get it, but I'm all the way up to level 23 now and I don't have it yet. I have the spells that I am supposed to have for it, but I don't have the totem itself. I saw another shaman using the fire totem at ~level 20 so I am not sure if I managed to skip the quest, or if I'm not supposed to do it yet. I went all the way back to the Tauren starting zone to get my earth totem, cause I managed to skip that too and they didn't have the quest, and I looked at all the different shaman trainers, and none of them have the quest I am supposed to do. So I'm not sure if I skipped it and it's completely unobtainable to me now, or if I'm just an *****.

Maybe you didnt do the quest for fire totem. check all cities' shaman trainers and some of them will have the quest. After you complete the quest you will get the totem.
