WotLK Future PvE progression on Lordaeron with ICC released.

With just one day before the release of ICC and the inevitable catch-up dungeons alongside it, what does this mean for raid progression for new players? Even in spite of the lack of RDF, there will no doubt be plenty of fresh 80s wanting to gear up for ICC with the traditional ring rep grind and ICC dungeons, so where does that leave those that seek actual raid progression?

I believe there is a position for a guild to help build players in skill and gear and then when they want to leave they can for gold swap ect, to progress to ICC teams. Help the community become better skilled and larger.
