Priest or Hunter

So after playing a large amount of Paladin and Death Knight I decided I wanted a change of pace. On retail I played hunter since vanilla so I've been looking at rolling a Hunter (BM) again since I generally enjoyed that and know what I'm doing. I was also thinking about rolling a Priest (Disc or Holy) since I've never really used a cloth class and I think healing would be an alright enough adventure.

Which would y'all say would be the most fun and/or useful for solo leveling and PvE?
*exclude raids from the thought process for now. University work eats up too much time to do raids

Well both classes are so different...

Priest is the most difficult to lvl up since u will get oom after every mob mostly. Discipline is good por pve (especially LK encounter) and holy for me is the best aoe healer with the shaman, although it needs hands to get the best out of it.

Hunter is just another dps class. I've never actually liked physical damage classes so... not much to say.
