Delayed Arena Loading

Greetings.

There is an ongoing issue about arena loading. Arena enemy frames are displayed very late, like 5-10 seconds after the start, making you unable to track enemy movement and composition for the duration I've mentioned.

Can we get official statement regarding this issue?

I've noticed this for the last few weeks too. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but I'm not sure how it would benefit anything for you not to be able to see the enemy team until you're both 5 yards away from each other in ruins of lord for example.
