Icecrown zone bugs my character out?

Sorry, I didn't know where else to post this, I'm on my phone at the moment and can't seem to find the bug tracker.

So, on my paladin, I did a few of the argent crusade quests in icecrown, and got to the zone quest where hundreds of nerubians and a few giant dragons are attacking and you need to kill a lot of them with the seige canons. Anytime o walk or fly near this area, my character freezes in place in a repeated running animation. I can't move, hearth, logout or cast any spells. The only way I can get out is to relog and hearth or unstuck. This happens anytime I fly through ice crown. Has this happened to anyone else? I tried making a ticket, but got a response saying to check the bug tracker. I tried abandoning the quest, but that didn't help either. I've been trying to just avoid that area. Lol

Yes , it did happened to me too in some random areas of Icecrown getting randomly stucked in air only way i could move was get out and unstuck.
