[The Purification of Quel'Delar] GM's Not Helping

I have been complaining while I'm one of those not being helped while some gm's help other people. Some gm just told me that they can't do anything about the quest and I just have to report in on bug tracker or I just have to wait for npc to be fixed.
Some gm telling me to do different stuff. Tried doing it with guild and tried it doing it again with desperate people. But still doesn't work.

I've been standing in front of Sunwell for almost 2 days now... waiting for my issue to be resolved
Everybody i know tells me that they just created ticket and the gms got it fixed for them.. They even linked me their quest item.

Why cant you GM's Just help me out?? I've been creating multiple tickets already same thing other people have done. I just don't get you. I don't want to say things too. But Help Pls. Any GM's who can resolve this for me pls help.

No. All GMs complete this quest upon ticket. But this questline has multiple parts and a few people want the GM to give an item pertaining to it, after they have dropped the weapon off, most likely for wrong decision when choosing the kind of reward. That, GM's can't do.

No. Not all GMs complete this quest upon ticket.I'm sorry i didn't remember to screenshot it but the fact is that my quest is still uncompleted

We typically do not assist with non-class related quests and this was found to be bugged just recently (before that players were stuck on Thaloren part of quest chain). GMs were now instructed to complete it however as one of exceptions so you can re-submit ticket if yours was closed with negative reply before that.

make sure you look at the mailbox, that's where the quest item is delivered, don't be dumb

What is causing the bug anyway? for all the years ive played on private realms it has mostly been bugged

There is no NPC you have to throw the hilt into the light, just zone in as 5 man non heroic. and then loot it after the NPC talks.

you need to leave raid/group in order to be able to loot the restored blade. just tested that and worked
