I always thought getting hitcapped was the most important parts in gearing so you 100% do not miss you Hex/Psychic Scream etc.
However when I browsed some high rated teams on warmane (Icecrown specifically) many did not even have 2% hit and some not even 1%.
Is this a Warmane thing or what is the reasoning behind this?
I also noticed that many high rated resto druides dont use hit.
No idea why, I wouldn't like to miss cyclone...
Another story is spell penetration. As far as I know it should be possible to resist magic based CC spells.
Seems like resistant is still bugged when it comes to fully resist spells.
They are just playing the number game. They prefer to have a little bit more healing throughput and hope they're not gonna get unlucky. I think it's stupid to rely on rng in pvp, missing a cc can cost you the game.
