462 spirit*0,10 racial=46,2 spirit=~44.31 mp5 not casting & 44,31*0,30 meditation=13,29 mp5 casting
(mp5 = 5 * sqrt(Int) * Spirit * Base_Regen)
Will become better with more gear. Assuming doubled stats... in terms of extra gems so people can better understand...
We are looking at... 1 extra healing epic gem, and 1,5 extra epic mp5 gems while casting. Most benefit would come from regen periods where you out of 5 second rule with whooping 22,15 extra epic mp5 gems.
Just for having picked human as race.
