Gaming headphones!!! Halp!!

As the title says... Could you guys gimme a suggestion for good gaming headphones with mic for raiding ..Under 70$.
I've been using Steelseries Siberia V1 since forever and recently it broke..And i used to get complaints that people couldn't hear me 'properly'. Since I'm not much of a tech guy and various sites say differently on their reviews.
So here's what I want. Good mic (noise cancellation is a +) good hardware that will last long, since I use it for pretty much pc related ..good sound would be lovely 7.1 surround sound if any...I don't mind wired or wireless.. a superb headphone WITH awesome mic under 70$. :3

The more pros and cons you can think of the better..any type of suggestion is welcomed. Thank you in advance !

Can prolly get this cheaper on amazon, local retailer etc but i use these atm, bought them for 50 euro.
