If i didn`t had access to End Game HC content such as LK or Halion, i would take the trinket. There are easy to obtain HC weapons[not much behind that bis one], that even pugs are killing it. Even normal Bloodsurge, Kel'Thuzad's Blade of Agony can be obtain with pug raid or 1.8k rating one from pvp.
