Whats the problem with Pvp title (SCREEN)

Hey !

first a screen usefull for my story

Can somebody is able to explain me clearly the functioning of the system of title pvp, cause on this screen you can see rogue doing 3000+ kill in one day, it's a lot right. But how we can do this ?
Btw you can also see that a rogue has the title "Grand Marshal" the R14 last title liftetime kill.
i ask lot of people and they say me for r14 you need "around" (Cause no official answer ) 30 000kill lifetimes (Maybe i'm wrong).
But its seem we only need 3000 for some of us (like this rogue on screen), but not for all player (like me ), so why ?

and up to those kills , there is 1multibox1er that invites ppl in isle and they farm his naked characters i asume :)
