Is it broken? Mutilate is supposed to cost 55 with the glyph right? And whenever I cast it when at 55 energy it doesn't go off till 60 and even then it looks like it drops to 0 energy.

Works fine, maybe try relogging or re-glyphing. I kept an eye on it and my muti goes off right @ 55
