The TBC ptr realm settings (graphics,etc) aren't saving once you exit the game. Anyone else or is this is only my issue? I use WIN 10

Go into the wow folder, find the folder named "WTF", right click it and uncheck read only, worked for me.
You should actually do this to the entire WoW folder. Doing it to the main overall WoW folder itself will apply this setting to all sub-folders as well.
