"Journey to Blackrock Mountain" LFG Progressive Adventurer Roleplay
It is the year 600 and with the destruction of the Dark Portal comes the end of the 2nd Great War.
The orcish Horde threat has been pushed back into their own realm. The forest trolls
& goblins have retreated back into their homelands. Those that didn't escape
where imprisoned, some even becoming slaves of human Nobles. While the Era of Chaos is far
from over, the people of Azeroth have began rebuilding their lives.
Much bickering has taken place between the Human Kingdoms. With the War over, and much money lent to the Nobles of Stormwind,
Nations of Azeroth are no longer seeing benefit from the Alliance with the Horde threat eliminated. The High Elves have
seceded from their role and returned to their kingdom of Quel'Thalas, stating they are no longer in debt to the Arathi bloodline.
The Kingdoms of Gilneas and Stromgarde have revoked their allegiance pledging to focus only on their own Kingdoms
as their fortunes dwindle paying the taxes to support the internment camps of Orcs at Durneholde in Southren Lordaeron.
At this same time however, the Mage Kingdom of Dalaran and the Ironforge Dwarves pledged undying loyalty to the Alliance.
It has been 2 years since then and people of Stormwind have returned to their newly rebuilt city.
The Stormwind Guard, lead by the remaining members of The Brotherhood, still have many issues left
to address in their homelands as immigrants from all around Azeroth flock to the area. With the influx of crime,
and the bulk of the Alliance armies stationed at Nethergarde Keep, the House of Nobles have began issuing bounties
on significant individuals they believe responsible for the terror in Elywnn Forest.
A.The first of these issues to be addressed is the warrant of Edwin VanCleef. A Stonemason turned crimelord, his
Defias Gang has been creating more chaos than the orcs as of lately. Stalking the roads of Elywnn, they've
robbed many travelers, specifically targeting the family members of rich Nobles.
Vancleef is also wanted for inciting the riot that lead to the death of Queen Tiffin Wrynn of Stormwind. It has
been said that the Defias gang associates with the Goblins Steamwheel Cartels; While little is known about these cartels
and gangs, the Stormwind Guard vows to eradicate them from our lands along with their random acts of violence.
WANTED
The head of Edwin Vancleef is wanted by the King of Stormwind personally. A 500g bounty has been placed on
Vancleef, redeemable from the Captain stationed at Sentinel Hill. The Defias Gangs are known to hold up
in the mines surrounding Westfall. They've also been signs of them stacked out on abandoned farms.
The Defias Gang is dangerous and should not be provoked if encountered, however we encourage the veteran soldiers
to assist in their apprehension.
B. Another immediate threat are the clans of Orcs wondering the Redridge Mountains, attacking messengers &
trade wagons that come through the mountains passage from Khaz Modan. The leader,Gath'llzogg and his legion
are held up in Stonewatch Keep plotting another attack on Lakeshire. We have good word they report back
directly to the clans still inside Blackrock Spire. Reclaiming Stonewatch Keep will give the Alliance an
advantage against future attacks from the seared lands beyond the Redridge Mountains.
WANTED
100g will be paid for the head of Gath'llzogg and an additional 10g for each Blackrock Scalp returned to the Captain stationed
in Lakeshire. These are extremely dangerous Orcs. It is suggested only those who've fought Orcs before try to subdue them.

with each session having a different required level range. If you cannot play for upwards of 2-3 hours at a time or meet at
specific times then do not apply. I will allow each player to miss 1 session. Players will be required to level on their own before
the next session and are encouraged to level together. I will set the goal level at the end of each session. We will follow
the story of the adventurer. Each chapter will have an open-world objective and a dungeon. At the end of each Chapter you will
be given choices to determine the path you will take. There will be at least 5 sessions with each group; more if the group wants to
continue. This RP group will last until level 60. Starting from a Post-2nd War setting we will progress into the 3rd War.
English-speaking players. Sessions will be set using Server Time (ST)
If you wish to apply comment below your Race/Class and a little bit about your character.
Also provide your timezone and what days you play the most.
I don't play on Icecrown but I would consider rolling an alt just to take part in this; could you tell me if it's too late to join in?
Its not to late. Ive had a few others interested in the other thread but nothing set in-stone. This will be a small group; 5 players.
Rolling a new toon would be perfect; this is a leveling RP, like the description said we'll start at level 15 and level together while the roleplay progresses.
Go ahead an develop a character and backstory then post here. You can see an example of the format I prefer below.

Its been quite some time since Jarus has seen his family; they did not return to Stormwind but choose to remain in Lordaeron
settling near the town of Darrowshire. Jarus chose to stay in Elwynn after the war, dedicating his time as a farmhand and
lay priest while studying devotion in Northshire Abby. He hoped to become a paladin of the Silverhand, having witnessed their
greatness, he now had the desire to become a man of righteousness himself.
With his studies coming to an end, the Archbishop has recommended Jarus finish his training by joining the Guard. Armed with his grandfathers tome, he stands ready to help restore peace in Azeroth
