Stucked

What can I/we do, my friend and I where heading to Mudsprocket when we where picked up by a plane who flew us all over Kalimdor. Dropped us in the Veilsea near Stonetalon mountains and we swam to Ashenvale to get on land again. Took a flight from Astranaar to Mudsprocket, delivereed quest and took stone to SW. We ended up in Maelstroom. Checking our heartstone and it said quagmire, so we waited to end the cooldown and when we used it again we where still in Maelstroom. Can anyone tell me how we can leave there. The land is empty except some lvl 9-10 mobs and it looks like a Horde land while we are Alliance.

Can you post a pic, and what are both of your names?
Maybe I, or someone else can teleport you out through a meeting stone.

Try using Game Menu (Esc) >> Help >> Character Stuck >> Teleport to Graveyard, it should tp you back to your race starting zone.
