So noticed that if I tab in and out frequently while in fullscreen mode I eventually "bug out" and WoW becomes unresponsive and I have to alt+F4. Being in windowed mode solves this (however not in maximized) but I'm addicted to a certain gamma setting which forces me to be in fullscreen mode for it to be active.
Is there any way around this while still being able to adjust your gamma settings?

Right click the shortcut to wow.exe and put it into compatibility mode for Windows 7 then click apply and ok.. Worked for me at least.
