It's a bad specc in my opinion.
Bestial Wrath is not worth spending all the points in Beast Mastery, because you don't have "The Beast Within" and don't get crucial pet damage talents like "Kindred Spirits" and "Serpent´s Swiftness". So even with "Bestial Wrath" active your pet will still deal low damage.
In comparison to a full Marksman Specc you are trading Silencing Shot for Intimidation and Chimera Shot and other damage talents for a very small damage increase for your pet.
And in comparison to a full Beast Master specc you are giving up the amazing "The Beast Within" and a lot of pet damage for "True Shot Aura", which in is likely to be allready brought by another Hunter, a Shaman or Death Knight.

U can't really call it a hybrid spec though....
