Arathor Battle Tabard

Hello guys, I'm lately trying to get some cool looking tabard for my Prot Paladin and I really like the look of Arathor Battle Tabard. The thing is, PvP isn't my best side on Paladin, especially long boring farming of one battleground for reputation. Lately I was talking with my friend about it and he told me he has one, I didn't believe him at first but he showed it to me and yes, it was Arathor Battle Tabard. He said he bought it from vendor for honor in Hammerfall (he was horde back then and bought Tabard of Defilers) then when he transfered it changed into Arathor Battle Tabard. Any idea if it is still possible to get it somehow else than farming the reputation to exalted? Cheers and thanks for help!

PS. He had reputation just Honored, so no way he did quest legit.
