I have a problem with XPearl addon
When i target enemy mob or other character no matter what the setting are i cant get target to display values. Eg 5000/5000. It only shows 100% even with values turned on.
When i target myself it shows correct values.
Any idea what might be wrong?
I am almost sure than if phase 1 it worked correctly

Hp values added on wotlk. Get addon MOBINFO2 to see hp ( download database with all hp's too)

Ok so problem looks diffrent.
Percentage value is what i get from client.
Even without XPearl i got percantage value

On TBC servers i played before (even before WOTK expansion) on mouseover you got exact HP value not only percentage

Those servers were/are incorrect. This is how tbc was. There are plenty of add ons to fix it for pve and in pvp with just a few hits it can calculate an estimate of targets hp.
All skills that matter are % based (execute,...). Furthermore, after a certain time of practice you develop a feel for it.
