Lordaeron or Froswolf?

I'm new and I'm going to play with a few friends, which realm do you recommend me, Lordaeron (WotLK) or Frostwolf (MoP) (considering queue time for dungeons, BGs, raids, bugs and the main content of the expansion) ?

The queue times for dungeons on lordaeron is almost nonexistent

Yeah, and that just means he's going to be that much angrier when he finally hits 550 ilvl. Watch out.
