Ghoul!?

I was playing a bg, I had to dc so I could fix some lag issues. When I logged in again I find out that I look like a Ghoul.
Can anyone tell me why did this happen and how can I go back to my attractive female human look?

Forget that attractive female human look and get better used now to that Ghoul.

There should be a buff you can right click to take off, unless that got changed.
