Arena points/Raid resets?

Hi guys. My name is Dennis i kinda just arrived here to Warmane and Icecrown after a very long break from WoW since i think blizz ruined the game with all this booring xpacs.
Anyway i really enjoy this server and Wotlk was my expansion since i love PVP and Icc so much :D
I have 2 questions about Arena Points and the raid Restet.

So just simply when does i as a player gain arena points. Once a week or once a day?
Same with Raid reset. When does this reset?

Raid reset is 0400 on Wednesday morning server time. Can't comment on AP as I no longer pvp.

point flush is same day/time as the raid reset (wednesday morning)
as for weekly quests (e.g wintergrasp/weekly raid boss 5eof/5eot quest) are on friday mornings.
