WotLK I got ninja kicked from a raid

I joined a nax run today and got kicked exactly after killing patchwerk, before distributing the loot of a boss I helped kill. I wasnt top dps but I was not bottom dps either, Its not fair that I dont get a chance of getting the loot.
I took screenshots of it, whats the next step to follow to make sure the ninja gets banned?

1. to report players you need to open a ticket in-game, with proof

2. As far as I know being kicked after killing a boss is not bannable... Unless you won a roll and then kicked to not give you the reward

I didnt even got a chance to roll man, how is this not worse than kicked after roll?

- Kicking players from raid for no reason, especially before distributing loot from boss kill that they participated in.

If you can prove, that you were kicked w/o a proper reason, then the person can get banned. But you need to have a lot of screenshots - including such, that show the loot rules and the raid comp.
