Recover quest items

Before the transmogrification was implemented.. i did all quest achievements, except 1 of them..on Sholazar Basin (cuz the faction change its bugged).
I waned to change the look of some gear..useing transmog ...but some items are uniques and I am not referring to legendary item....just reward from quests....
Now its impossible to get the item, since i did the quest. They are not even on store to buy with coins or vote points. My question is...There is possibility to recover items from quest that you already did or idk...some kind of tool which allows recover the items from the quest...Now its frustraiting ..Sry for my english .
Example...i wanted Hulkstone Pauldrons - the look of these shoulders are unique -- obtainable from a quest in Desolace http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=7028
