Server suggestion: Duel zone (cd reset)

It would be nice to have a neutral ground to spam duels with cooldown reset while waiting for queues.

Suggested before multiple times, denied each and every one of them. Too much room for it to be exploited, not worth the effort to try to make it exploit-proof when there's work to be done fixing and including legitimate things.
