I have tried for months to get someone to help me and I keep getting the runaround. My account should be "donor" status, seeing as I donated for a staff for my Druid. I never had an issue with it until the beginning of this year when my "donor" status went away and now I am having to wait in que for sometimes hours to get on to play. I've been told to put in a ticket in game and I did. They told me to put in a ticket online but I can't seeing as the only option is for appealing a ban. One GM said it wasn't their problem and contact accounts. I asked for a way to do that and they told me to figure it out. You can check my account and see that I've donated and bought a staff for my Druid, Eclypse. I'm just tired of getting the runaround.
Not anymore. That's what I'm saying. But if you look under the "Marketplace" tab everything I've gotten has been with points and my staff it says was purchased with COINS. I don't know how it got moved to there, but it did.
