Current PvP gear is crap and for example feral druid/hybrid classes are weak due to low mana. You should add atleast s3 gear + t5/ZA gear for testing/arenas since BGs since arenas are always active, and it would encourage more people to join/play PvP on your server, even if its PTR

Well its not about testing content, but atm this is best TBC server out there, and it has active arenas/pvp even if its still PTR, so while we are waiting i'm sure alot of people would enjoy arena alot more if there's season 3-4 PvP gear to play with, rather then 5/5 s0 and pve offparts

It's called Public TEST Realm for a reason. Content is put there for things to be tested. We can't stop you from "enjoying arena" instead of testing, but it takes some nerve to come ask for stuff to be put in there just so you can dick around more.
