Merciless Nether Drake

Is this a 310% speed mount?! Because I wanted to purchase one on Lordaeron, but the description says its a "very mast mount" which is 280% and not "extremely fast mount" which is 310%. If I Purchase the merciless Nether drake will it be 310% speed?

Are you 100% positive its 310% I really thought it was too, so I asked a gm in game and he just said very fast=280% and extremely fast= 310% he never said yes or no to my question about the mount or if it was a typo in the description on the market place. I also thought all the armored drakes were 310% I really need to confirm this before I Purchase it because I cant get a refund if I do :(

I am so confused I sent in another ticket and now I am being told mount speed isn't based off the mount, but your riding skill determines ur mount speed?! is there like a secret hidden 310% riding training master in wotlk on lordaeron Im missing?! lol
