Question about 10-19 twinking on Lordaeron

Hello. I am new player here. Sorry if I wrote this post in wrong section, but general discussion seems to be very popular and I need fast answers at my questions. I mean... I want to start playing on Lordaeron and create 19 twink. My questions are: Are there more 19 twinks on Lordaeron or Icecrown realm? If on lordaeron, are there many bgs and many people who do dungeons (that TWINKING and other fun is possible) or is it dead or small active? and is it hard to twink without heirlooms or is it normal and fine? And the last question: how are guilds on Lordaeron? Are there many guilds on ally and also on horde?

I have 2 twinks so far. A mage and a Warrior. We have more BG action the weekends.

Twinks are making a come back. BGs everyday usually between 4-10pm realm time. Make a twink and hit up nutcracker in game if you need help. We like variety so feel free to make something unique. (E.g. make a lock because fear OP) xD
