WotLK Arms vs Arms duels

Been doing a bunch of arms vs arms duels and it turned out i suck at it. While the warrior with more gear usually deals the most damage and wins is there a way to get around that?

In arms vs arms duels it's all about countering enemy moves,but even then sometimes you can lost because rng(parry,dodge) or because of worse gear.
How to counter enemy warrior abilities
vs enemy retalation > shield block revenge spam
vs bladestorm > disarm or retalation, shield wall or shield block
vs shield block > is best to kite or pop shield block also
enraged regeneration > make sure you have mortal strike on him
Make sure you charge first,if the enemy warrior dont slow you, you can go for intercept, only use recklessness if you are healthy and enemy used all of cds...
