Hello. I remember when in old patch in wrath of the lich king expansion people had this leatherworking's enchant on Tuxedo's Pants on lvls that are not 60 (because it requires lvl 60). They did it on 80 lvl chars then were sending by mail enchanted tuxedo pants and weared it on 10-20 lvls. It was working... My question is if on Lordaeron or Icecrown it works too? In patch 3.3.5a?

"Requires Level 60" refers to the level of the item it is being applied to. Applying the item to Tuxedo Pants would only work on a server where the restriction isn't scripted properly.
