WotLK World of Warcraft keeps reset my in-game video setting

So l just started playing World of Warcraft in this server and l created a human paladin when l got into the game first thing l did was go to video settings and made it everything high l hit okey and l start playing l had 86-80 fps is was looking good l did hit level 5 and l exit the game and come back later my l see my video settings are reset okey then fix again settings to high and resolution 1440x900 and hit ok and then exit the game and go back into the game again reset settings all of them PLEASE HELP is not big of a deal but l think there is no need every time l start the game l fix my setting.

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".

I did this but the box keeps rechecking itself. I even set it to run as administrator.

You clicked Ok/Apply as opposed to clicking Cancel, right?
