Quest Sharing

Just wondering if anyone notice this, whenever I share a quest, 2 things happen.

1. Says the player is dead, when he or she is in front of me.
2. When you accept the quest, nothing happens at all.

I don't really share the quests but when people shared quest it worked fine. maybe because they did thos quests before? not quite sure
