We are a group/community of players looking to recruit and find others with similar raid times/wants. Everything at this stage is flexible except raid times/general rules. Every player including the core community is not guaranteed a raid spot. Raid spots are determined in the following order ---Class need > Skill > Not-douchy > Reliability > Seniority . We don't want cry babies, loot whores, flakes, excuse mongers, or unskilled non-gemmed, non-flasked, handout taking losers. Overall guild atmosphere will be chill, but take raiding serious as to not be wasting time of other members wanting to progress. Still, this is not a hardcore guild, content will be cleared quickly but you are not required to give up your life for the guild.

Raid Start Times:
Monday/Wednesday/Sunday
7PM PST / 10PM EST
3-4 hours from start time will be expected. Sunday can be earlier if acceptable by majority of raid members.

Faction:
We are open to Ally or Horde. Most people are leaning horde because they are weak and don't want to get ganked often. Although obviously Horde will provide more recruitment numbers and greater chances of 5 manning groups. Still, willing to discuss further based on attention of this post.

Loot system:
Loot is distributed by Loot Council. Loot will come, you will get geared, we don't need to waste time doing DKP or acting like children. Loot council looks out for the greater good of the raid. Gearing tanks is priority, need comes next. Obviously seniority and willingness to help guild helps decisions but need will still always trump greed.

Application:
Application processes are dumb. Don't care if you can write a nice app or lie to us. You are expected to level 70 quickly and set priority on Kara attunement/gearing, from there you only need to show up for raids. You are required to be on-time, correct spec, buffed and knowledgeable of fights. Infractions could result in replacement of your raid spot.
