Doble talents confirmed?

I saw a post from a staff and he said the double talent most probably be added later but its not confirmed, i can wait to the double talent but if is posible i need the confirm feature cause i dont know wich clases roll with no double talents, sorry for the bad english, thanks un advance!

A: We are considering it and we are positive about it but it most probably will not come on server release right away. If done, it will not be done in the game but on the website. We are not a fan of custom commands or custom NPCs.
