wouldn't be an xp rate of x3 be the most optimal ? x5 rates (and not even talking about the x10 when you're rested) will makes it hard to get gold (you'll either have to cut the spells costs to counterbalance the high xp rates or up the gold rates which will cause an abhorrent inflation)
as well as making you skip scripted quests that are most of the time bugged in other realms.

x3 is neither too high like fun or semi-fun serves nor too low (x1 or x2) which makes the journey towards the lvl 70 too much time consuming

Do you read badly? Also at 70 lvl after complete quest you'll take compenstioan from quest in gold.

Yeah training is basically free so that's no issue.

As for the leveling experience. At this point most players have done 1-60 and 1-70 multiple times on different servers. Most players are completely over the whole 'hardcore' leveling experience. The 5x rate on Warmane is a real relief.
