[H] <Endurance> NA Competitive Raiding Guild

<Endurance> is a primarily NA guild that is opening up recruitment after concluding its testing on the Warmane PTR. We had a great time on the PTR, clearing Karazhan and finding many great players along the way. Our plans for live are to be right of the edge of progression. We do not intend to be a hardcore or “elitist” guild, but a competitive guild among the top ranks of guilds on the server.

What we are looking for in players is somebody who is consistent, willing to learn, and someone looking to grow and become a better player alongside us. We do not demand extreme experience in TBC, but we expect our members to be prepared for raids and know all the in and outs of their classes before showing up. We are willing to provide all help needed to grow as a player and become a much better *insert class here*. Saying that at the beginning of the expansion all raid spots will be competitive, and through Karazhan we will form our 25man raid team out of the most capable players in the guild. We intend to give all members of our guild the best chance to succeed that we can.

Regarding our loot system, we plan on running a loot council of trusted officers and raiders. We decided this over DKP or rolling to make sure the gear that drops goes towards furthering the guild's progress as much as we possibly can.

Our raid times will be 7:45-12:00 EST, Sun/Tue/Thur. We will not always use all this time we have allotted, but when progressing hard we want enough time to make sure progression is made in good time. We will be recruiting all classes until further notice.
