It is ClassTimers put in a way to match the size of Quartz's casting bar.
I have changed quite a few things since that screenshoot, but it's basically the same. You can use the same color instead of purple, it looks clean then. I'd recommend using ButtonFacade because it looks cleaner.
Thanks man. Awesome Quartz casting bar, too. i'll play around with it, and I'll DL ButtonFade. How you got your Quartz cast bar like that I'll never know, suits Shadow Priest perfectly.
